What happens after I book and pay my deposit?
You will be given the worksheets password immediately following booking. Fill out the Pre-Event Worksheet ASAP ; once received we will send your event contract via DocuSign.

When do I complete the other worksheets?
You will complete the Reception Planning Worksheet and if needed the Ceremony Planning Worksheet at least 14 days prior to your event.

Can we set up a meeting with you before our big day?
Yes! I encourage at least one meeting between us before your event day. We can meet in person or virtual. This allows us both the oppurtuity to make sure this is a night to remember!

When is the remainder of my booking fee due?

Are there travel fees?
The payment is due before DJ services are rendered. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at booking to reserve your date. Clients can pay the deposit online with a debit or credit card. The remainder can be paid on our website via a pay link through our invoicing system using a debit or credit card or in person with cash or check.
The client shall not be responsible for travel fees if the event venue is within 60 miles of Brainerd, MN. The travel fee is $2.00 for each mile outside the 60 miles. If the event is over 100 miles from Brainerd, MN and the event runs past 9PM, the client shall be charged a $250 lodging fee going to provide the DJ with hotel accommodations.
